Depends for me. Lately its been either "Just Dance"-Lady Gaga or "Shoot it Out"-10 Years that I really pump it up to. I also listen to Katy Perry, Sixx AM, My Darkest Days, Flyleaf, Evanescence, and Theory of a Deadman while I work out.

Do you stretch out or have a cool down after you work out? If you dont stretch the muscles or joints, you could hurt yourself. Just a thought.
