I think the op was talking about people that constantly complain not just a person that has the normal occasional complaint. I also took it that she was trying to have people be grateful for there life and see that maybe things aren't that bad and somebody has it worse, the abused, homeless, etc....

Ok so I will apologize that she did not say she hates Christians and is catagorizing us which in my opinion is wrong. I'm sure there are plenty of Christians out there that she has not met and would like so to catogarize as "most" isn't right. In my opinion :)

You cant gain 2 lbs of muscle in 2 hours just because you ate protein, that's not how it works. Your weight will flucuate a lot during the day. I would sugguest weighing yourself in the morning before you eat and only every few days or even once a week. Don't drive yourself crazy weighing yourself all day, you will only…

I am doing 10 days on each level. M-F I do the shred then on the weekends I do the treadmill and family walks. So I am on each level 2 weeks M-F but that's just how I chose to do it.

Sorry I didn't make this clear but I was going off of my hrm with the chest strap not the treadmill. I know its supposed to be reading my heart rate but did I really burn over 500? That's just incredible to me :)
