It all depends on where your heart rate was. I use a heart rate monitor and last time it said over 300 calories. I think mfp estimates are low. I guess its better to guess low though than over so you don't go over your limit. I always feel like I had mine handed to me as well! Lol

Yeah log it under circuit training. I have found mfp estimates to be low. The only real accurate way to knowing your burn is a heart rate monitor. You can get a good one for like 40 bucks.

I use a heart rate monitor and the mfp log under circuit training low balls by about 100. A heart rate monitor is really the best way to see what you burn. Not actually knowing where your heart rate was everything else is just an estimate. Have fun, Jillian will kick your booty :)

Thanks for all the advice everyone. I ate and I shouldn't have so now I feel lousy but there is still a lot of day left so ill do better NOW. I have to remember this miserable feeling the next time I feel like this. All of you had great advice just wish I would of checked back sooner :( lesson learner l guess

And you will eventually need some extra calories but that does not come until 3rd trimester. I speak from experience, I just had my boy 4 months ago :)

You should talk to your doctor. In most cases you will be told not to try and lose weight but to make healthier choices and you will lose some fat. DO NOT DIET just make healthy choices. Congratulations!

I do not agree with just throwing it away. You are in a marriage and need to talk. However if he still chooses to eat those things that is his choice. I got one from Walmart I think it was 40 something and the brand is sportline. I like it, you can enter your height, weight, sex, age, and customize you burn zone all that good stuff. I will say though I do think it is a little generous with calories burned though so I enter my weight 10 lbs lighter than I am. Hope that…

Yes you are right, truvia is not an artificial sweetner that's why I use it :)

I use truvia. Its better for you and safer then appends, equal, sweet n low and I have never had an aftertaste with it. I use it in coffee and on oatmeal but have never baked with it.

Its definitely a workout but begginers can do it. Just stay on level 1 as long as you need to. You will be surprised how much your body can do when you push yourself :)

I am also a nursing mom. My boy is 4 months. I have read some things on this and it says notvto drop below 1500 but that most nursing moms need at least 1800 calories a day. I have been trying to stay at 1500 and I havevbeen fine. My milk supply has not decreased and my 4 month old is only nursing with no other foods yet.…

I am 29 years old and 5 ft 5 and my goal is 120, that is my VERY fit weight. I do have a small frame as well. I am currently 155 and just had a baby 4 months ago so I am working on losing that pregnancy weight now. Good luck to you! :)
