Hey! It's all good. Starting again is better than not starting at all! I too have been back and forth with the endometrial cancer. It's been quite a ride!

Hi. I'm having the same issues. Due to an estrogen dominance, I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. The Doctors also told me about the PCOS...but didn't explain anything! I've been doing a lot of research, and wow! It's all coming clear now. I had no idea all the effects it has had on my body. I'm working on a low-carb…

I am doing hormone treatments....megace (progesterone)...which nicely packs on the weight too. Just trying to eat clean and workout and be active. If things don't change, I'm headed for a hysterectomy. How was your hysterectomy? Your healing time?

Hey everyone! From Toronto, been on and off here for years. Have to get back in the game! What am I waiting for? Good luck and have a great day!

I was on the NKOTB train too - Joey McIntyre!! ...then I was in love with that kid from Free Willy for the longest time.

Great question! It was so good to read all the responses too! I am 5'5", but solid. What I am "supposed to be" and what looks healthy on me is totally different. I have a big frame and get boney at 190...except for the legs and butt. My optimal goal is 175.
