Endometrial cancer due to high estrogen and excess fat - anyone else?
The high estrogen levels have turned to endometrial cancer. Gained some weight, estrogen levels were raised and now I'm stuck in the high estrogen-excess fat silo. Anyone else?

Back at it! These lbs just don't want to say goodbye!

Dark & dreary days = eating and vegging out
It's cold, dark and dreary here in Toronto and all I want to do is eat and lay on the couch and get cozy. Have resisted so far. Anyone else feel this way?
