Teeth straightened and whitened. I'm getting my wisdom teeth out finally some time in the spring I think. Maybe that'll give my lower teeth more room to space out. :/

I like making chili. I usually use beans, corn, peppers (you can nix the green peppers if you don't like them!) onions, tomatoes and tomato paste. I'm 141 right now. I'm not sure what my highest was... Probably close to 150. I want to get down to 120 then tone up like crazy. :P

I only put a pinch of sugar in my coffee and use a small amount of Silk creamer. I just plan for it I guess when it comes to how many calories I'm consuming each day.

Don't buy it. I love Dr. Pepper, it's my favorite soda. But I only buy milk, tea, coffee and water. Self control.

I work out at night then have a protein shake and dinner afterward. So yeah. :) Your muscles need protein to help rebuild them after you tear them apart in the gym. And as for myself, I don't need/want to lose a ton of weight, I'm much more interested in building muscle/toning.
