  • I've figured it out. Click on the Name under their piccie to the left of their post. And then on the next box - click on their name again. A page opens with 'add friend' as an option. Hope that helps xo.
  • Hiya. Congrats on your baby and welcome back. I have no idea how to log your miles or how to even make a friend request. But wanted to say I think you are doing great and I'll look for you on the challenges etc. I have small people too - it is a tough gig! Im happy to have a group to check in on too.

I use a fitbit and am clocking around 20K steps daily but am wanting to do 31 Miles with Leslie for all the other benefits. I've clocked 3 so far this month. I love…
  • Thanks team.. Both the surgeon and specialists have given me the nod to plan and build up exercise over time. It is the journey or process that people make both physically and mentally that is very helpful and inspiring. Thanks too for the protein tips =). I love ocean swimming - but it will be back in the pool (probs 4…
  • Hiya. I had mine out on Thursday evening (24th). My surgeon has recommended a month from my job as a midwife, and isn't particular about dietary guidelines. I took paracetamol twice today but an egg hunt with the kids was more important than resting. My tummy is still quite swollen and I feel full easily, however that…
  • Mum of 4 here too. I'm done on the baby front and have about 20kgs to lose. Add me too please :).
  • Please friend me! I'm just shy of 40 but last decade have had 4 babies and need people that are experienced and positive about claiming their lives and bodies back. Sheesh, this is a big effort for me :). All the very best xo.
  • Hiya Mitzimum. Congrats on your new little person and for feeding so successfully. I am planning to follow your footsteps =). I have a 7 day old (number 4) asleep on me now. I had the privilege of speaking to a lactation consultant and dietician about this for you (I'm a midwife so called in colleague benefits). The…

I am finding I naturally sit between the 1200 and 1500 and the weight is coming off steadily. However I am aware of people that have been doing her program for years and have lost…
  • I'm in. The salmon ginger stir-fry is a winner!! Started on the recipes early. I'm an Intermediate doing the home/outdoor program with 3 children under 5. They are all on board - favourite chant 'you don't need the calories' =). Would love to hear what people are cooking that they recommend and what go to snacks people are…
