I'm on Week 4 Day 3. I'll be running it on Wednesday! Good luck. It is difficult for the first week or two, but PUSH THROUGH IT! If you can get the iPhone app, GET IT! It's so helpful!

I looked this up, and those measurements are for 4 eggs (1 cup of eggs). Just so it's clear. Didn't think an egg was almost 400 calories lol!

Have you tried olive oil and balsamic vinegar? You only need a little bit and it's delicious!

Fiber One 90 calorie brownies. They're really small (which I seriously should have assumed since it's 90 calories), but they're perfect for a chocolate craving!

I remember in middle school people telling me that I could "skip a meal". My grandma telling me that I need to lose weight. I've always been called "big guy", and I hate that. I know that my build is a little bigger than most, but I hate that people call me "big guy" or stocky because I'm fat.

I am on W3D3, however, I might be redoing Week 3 since I took a week off. Honestly, I'm not a runner, but I love C25K!! Once you find a good place to run and the right running playlist, you're hooked to it.

Food is the hardest for me. I either eat too much at a meal, or eat too much with late night snacks. Plus, I'm prone to stress eating. However, exercise has always been easy for me to do and be motivated to do.

I also came from WW. I loved it a few years ago when it wasn't this confusing Points Plus system, but it just got too time consuming. Works for some, just not me!

I would choose elliptical. Burns a TON of calories in about 30 minutes for me :)

I would, but I add a lot of quick adds most of the time, so no one would really know what I was eating haha

I usually have 2 plain rice cakes (although you could do whatever flavor you like best) with 2tbs of peanut butter. It comes ouat to 250 calories for me. Plus it's great before and after a workout! You could half that snack to 125 calories if you had the one rice cake and 1tbs of peanut butter.

I counted my 15 calorie Benefiber supplement on the first day...yeah...that's not happening again :P

5'10" and first goal is 230, then 210, and finally 190-185. I'll see what I like from there, but I'm more a bigger build anyways, so I'm thinking I'll start more strength training at 190.

It's really tough to lose weight in college. I've done it and have never lost more than 13 pounds in a semester. I've found that cooking on my own is the best way to do it though. I also take advantage of my gym on campus. Try adding A LOT of veggies to your meals. The frozen ones aren't too high in price and really bullk…
