W1 D3 complete. Definitely going to repeat a few days, if not the whole week. I don't feel like my fitness has gotten any better and I've struggled to complete each run ( having to take a break half way through each time). I'm definitely not ready for week 2 just yet.

I've been vegetarian for four and a half years and I never found it hard to stick to. Have you ever tried Quorn? They have replacements for chicken/turkey/ham/beef etc etc so you can eat the same meals as you normally would and just replace the meat. I've got no clothes I can wear and look confident in anymore. I'd love to be able to go into a clothes shop and buy something that doesn't cling and that I feel I look good in. I neeever wear jeans because they make me look really bulky, I'd love to be able to buy a pair and like the way they look.

Well done Smange I finished W1D2 earlier, and it was not easy. I had to stop twice because of shoulder pain. Definitely finding this time a lot harder than the first time I attempted Couch to 5k. I think I may repeat a few days so I'll be fit for W2.
