I am in!! I need a little accountability and motivation for the last 20 weeks of the year! Here is to all of us entering 2018 quite a bit lighter than we are now :smiley:

I did Week 4 Day 1 yesterday- I had to push myself to not stop during the first 5 minute run, but by the 2nd 5 minute run I felt like I was on cruise control and could have kept going!! You got this!!

I loved French Fries... now I am not sure why. Too many calories, very little appetite killing power!!

A big struggle for me was not making every special occasion a reason to eat junk... do not beat yourself up though whatsoever... just reset your mind and move forward.
