Go to any book store and there will be dozens of books on lifting. Just pick one and do the routines. Lift hard and don't injure yourself. But don't just focus on back and arms: whole body exercises are where it's at. Deadlifts, incline and decline presses, etc. Good luck.... you will look amazing.
