MFP is way to generous with carbs...back off the carbs and add on some more proteins. You should notice a change.

You should probably open up your food diary for people to see...sometimes a little tweak here and there helps... Make sure you are not eating all the the carbs they give you as they tend to be toomuch. eat more protein....and keep up the good work!!!

It's impossible to not go to bed mad... if your mad you are... but don't let it linger... get it out in the open and move on. Also... be open and honest 100% of the time...makes things much easier in the end. good luck!!!

You can't expect it to come off in a week... how long did it take you to put it on? Don't get discouraged...it won't happen over night. You are doing everything right... building muscle is a good thing!! Keep up the good work!!

From a restaurant in Napa called The Homestead ... beet & goat cheese salad, baked mac and cheese, herbed chicken ... nothing fresher than the food from this place. Organic and from their farm. Oh..and did I say a delish glass of sauvignon blanc... hhhmmmm

try adding in some form of exercise... you are busy but not busy enough to give yourself time for a walk. Park farther away in the parking lots; take the stairs (those are great workout)... every bit help. If you change up what your norm is you will see your body respond.

loose the complex carbs ... rice, bread, pasta and flour.. stick with fruits for your carbs and if you need to have bread try a pita; they seem to be less in carbs. I would first ask that man in my kitchen who he was and where was my husband... and then I would eat it and do the dishes for him. My husband can't boil water for the most part and my culinary skills are pretty good so if he wants to take me out instead I'd be all over that!!!
