I'm not from Canada but I have to say that if our beef could taste as good as beef I've had from Canada I could never be a vegan. I'm sure no one has responded because if we don't live in Canada it would be to say what the regulations are. Did you try googling it?

I don't know about most other people but I do know this... eating fruit did not make me fat... personally, I would never give it up.

grilled pork tenderloins ... chicken hot dogs are pretty good... SAMS has a nice variety or you can find them in your local grocer...

I'm not sure anything would prevent me from traveling. Unless I weighed enough that would prevent me from sitting in an airplane seat.

Make sure you aren't depleating your body of sodium/potassium ... if you are exercising alot, drinking tons of water you may be low in those areas.... if you get lightheaded try eating something with salt and see if it helps.

sounds like you need to get in to see your Dr and have him tweak your meds... maybe you won't need them!! A win win there!

Totally disagree...tea and coffee are dieuretics so they do not hold ghe same benefit as drinking water.

Rule of thumb....if it has caffine in it you do not count it as a water... I believe that is a weight watcher rule.

1/3 c greek plain yogurt 1c blueberries (frozen) 5-10 mint leaves 1-2 c fresh spinach leaves 1 c guava nectar or any low sugar juice 1 scoop plain protein powder (I use Standard Process brand; all whole food based) 1 t vanilla 1 t honey mix away !!! You'll never know the spinach is in there... its very healthy!!

Your friend is right ... first things first... get rid of all diet pop ... it's bad for you and studys show it will actually stall weight loss. Drinking water has so many health benefits that I can't begin to list... our body is 65% water and when you exercise as much as you do you are totally depleting it of much needed…

mic ultra lite is pretty low in calories ... only about 70 ... nothing with juice ... you could drink vodka, soda and lots of lime or maybe a splash of cranberry for flavor but truly...those bar juices are just loaded with sugar.

eggs mostly but sometimes Kashi cereal ... find someting and eat it in the morning... even if its chicken... no one said you have to eat breakfast food... you'll see a difference!!!!

for me personally...if i cant pronounce it I wont eat it. You CAN survive shopping fhe perimeter of a grocery store.

I don't think you are doing this for your friends anyway so if they can't be supportive then how good of friends were they? You have listed a few reasons already why it sounds like a good thing that you aren't drinking. You have a boyfreind that isn't... all the more reason to be supportive to him. Give it a try...

Id also be more cautious w exercise calories...are you getting them from the treadmill or mfp? there is a difference
