Well, speaking of someone doing the same thing, today, and had a lot on mothers day, can't exactly say no to the kids. You just start over the next day. Live and learn. Don't beat yourself up over it. Its a normal part of life.

I have been on the Attack phase for 5 days and was out all day at my daughters tournament, have to say, was very shaky, heart was beating really fast, felt awful. Had to actually eat 2 bananas, started feeling better. I wouldn't really recommend going the 5 days, I am now moving into cruise phase.
