Does anyone get a pain in their leg when sitting a long time, I always have to stretch to make it feel any better, happens everyday all the time, maybe I need to incorporate more yoga or stretching. This runs from the middle of my behind down. thanks
I'm looking for a good Kick Boxing workout, there are so many out there that are lame. Too easy, or the person doesnt know what they are doing, they used to have a few good ones on the Exercise Channel, now that that is gone I am having a time finding a good one. Appreciate your help.
