I agree with the others, you are not eating enough! You body will start storing fats, and shut down, therefore your body weight will not change. Try increasing the calories a bit to see if that will help.

I try to leave something from my daily calories for the night time as this is also when I crave . Lately , I have a bag of the 100 calorie snacks, already prepackaged.
