Lately it's been all of them!! Not been doing so well on the counting calorie front :P Really though I refuse to give up anything and when I'm doing well I just lessen the portions, I'd drive myself round the bend if I couldn't have something when I wanted it!

I think motivation only works if the weight loss and changes are something that you *really* feel ready and able to do. I always keep them on for everything, for exercises where you're finding that they slip down or are in danger of flying off, you can get bands that hold them in place, they go around the back of your head, they even work to hold glasses in place on rollercoasters :D

I always have whole eggs, I chuck in some chopped tomatoes, a bit of cheese, and, if I'm feeling decadent, a small amount of crispy bacon lol! Spinich really does sound good thigh, I would never have thought to add that! :) Sometimes they work out really well for me, other times I totally agree, scrambled egg surprise :)
