i like a piece of dark chocolate every day - lately it's been truffle dark chocolate bars from trader joe's (90 cal/4 squares) or lindt's sea salt caramel dark chocolate (50 cal/ for 1.5 in square). if i have a few extra calories 'll have a WW Snickers Ice cream bar (150 cal) or a smart ones pb cup ice cream bowl.

i can where whatever i want to work. i've gone in when i haven't felt ok in tights/pj shirt. my boss / the owner wears jeans and tees everyday. he knows i'm capable and we do most of our work online/via phone so how you look doesn't matter. i do dress up for clients though.

i found regular wheat bread at the 99 cent store of all places that was 100 calories for 2 slices. it fills me up, unlike those sandwich thins. just read labels. you can have what you like and still get fit.

i've had freckles all my life and the only time i've been told they're ugly is when I was in elementary school. now i have girls stopping me telling me the love them (guys too haha)!

there's nothing wrong with a little indulgence, especially if it can fit inside your cal goals. if you don't like, i wouldn't bother.

i have a cheat meal 1x/week. i usually feel sick if i try to do a whole day.

i read that when you breathe out through your mouth you're supposed to purse your lips a bit to ease / prevent any side cramping. sounds weird but it does work!

make stews and chilis and throw in a bunch of veggies - carrots, corn, zucchini, bell pepper, mushrooms, kale, etc. i do this to my kid and she looooves it but never notices them. She claims to hate most veggies but begs me to make chili for her haha.

i don't use breadcrumbs or eggs for burgers. just spices and onions/garlic.

2-3x / week. trying to reduce that to just 1x / week. usually in my undies, right when i wake up after using the bathroom haha.

i like total cereal. 100 calories per serving and you get a big dose of vitamins.

don't get it until you're 100% sure and comfortable with the idea of having it forever. you can always get the script now, and add to it later.

i love juicing. i like to juice the things I don't want to eat in large portions like parsley, ginger, celery, greens, beets, etc. All the other things like fruits, cucumber, carrots and apples I save for snacks. They're tasty so I wanna eat them. Not so much with the veggies mentioned above. I wouldn't recommend going on…
