yes! i love origins. but it's a bit pricey, so I've been using the body shop's tea tree oil line. they usually have bogo sales so you get em for about $6/bottle. smells divine too.

before i get started at work, i bring out a bowl of cherries, carrots or whatever snacks i brought to keep me from getting up and eating junk. saves so much time and keeps me on track / productive at work!

egg salad sandwich: 1 whole egg hardboiled 2 egg whites hardboiled 1 celery stalk 0.4 avocado 1 tbsp light mayo 1 tsp mustard pepper cumin bit of salt served on a hamburger bun. still have 335 calories left for dessert, not sure what to have!

i like unsweetened almond milk better. less calories - 35-45 / cup.

a lot of fruits / veggies and protein. try to stay low on carbs but throw in a bit to keep me from feeling deprived. i eat about 3 meals at 400/each, and maybe some baby carrots / cherries / snap peas for snacks. if I workout, I let myself have more.

most people fail at sustainable healthy lifestyle because they go too hard / too fast. you can't go from couch to insanity in 1 day, nor can you go from burgers and fries to only leafy greens in a day (not that that's healthy) you gotta do it slowly and at your pace. don't compare yourselves to other. keep on that bike!…

subway food is highly processed. i had a friend who worked there and told me about all their practices, which grossed me out. I'd rather get my own fresh ingredients and make it on my own. though it can be made healthy, most people choose to laden it with cheese, mayo and oil to make it yummy.

invest in a crockpot and spend one day a week prepping meals for the week (maybe while your baby is napping?). Freeze what you won't eat in the next day or two. i listen to hardcore and dance punk when I run. Or alt hip hop. Anything with a driving beat.

i use runkeeper but sometimes it doesn't calculate where I am correctly and in 5 seconds I've run 1/2 a mile according to it. I've remedied that by making sure to check my location on my map then starting runkeeper.

cran and vodka rum and cherry coke zero wine anything you can mix with sparkling water i do a mango lemonade vodka sparkling water thing that's yummy. just stay away from beer!

i try to log everything. sometimes i'll log things to see how much they'll be and if they're too high, i feel guilty and don't eat it. It's harder to log when I'm out and eating at someone's house or at a get together and I don't know whats in things.
