Oh my goodness me too!!! It seems that I have taught myself that after eating a meal I need something sweet, and I'm trying to break that. Carmel Rice cakes have been my go to the past few days because of how few calories there are and they are sweet enough to take care of the urge.

for the BF, just add that as an exercise and it will give you those calories to eat. Many people eat back their exercise calories, some don't. :)

I agree it is different, but there is no need to be rude because someone feels they have a comment that might help someone :)

I don't care who replies, he could have a wife/girlfriend/partner who has had a baby, hell he could be GYNO and know something!

and what are reverse crunches? I've never heard of them

I do Cardio everyday, * I love Zumba class* and I am also watching my calories...It's frustrating that my pants are hanging on my legs by can't go smaller because of the pooch and love muffin from the kid. Good thing they are worth it :)
-
Same here! I'm just not hungry after doing the workouts.

I love it as well! I started 2 weeks ago, and doing 60 min classes along with lowered calories, I've already lost 6 lbs which is great for me. I suggest it tons! I find the classes better because the teacher holds me accountable. I told her my weight loss goals and she checks for me each class :)

Don't deprive yourself though, because then you'll engorge later. Eat one doing squats :)

Congrats on the baby!!! I had my son in Oct. 2010, and breastfed for 10 months. It seemed to me that mine all came off but 10 lbs of baby weight, then when I stopped BF it all came back :( Hence where I am now. So, I don't have any advice, but just support :)

I have only 1 * bless you!* and looking to lose baby weight too, but I think mine is more. Would love to be your weight loss buddy!
