I used to turn to food when I was upset, angry or sad.... with this program though.. when I get upset I hit the gym... HARD!! Sweat it out and its all good after! I even go when I feel sick to sweat the cooties out... Try it :)

Mine are in fact looking better!! Ive been doing push ups and bench presses while losing and my muscles are pushing mine up.. mine used to point down... now Im slowly starting to see them start to point out!! :laugh:

I have a lowercase b as well.... That stubborn little underbelly button pouch! I just keep working at it.. You will get there! When I started bootcamps in January I couldnt EVEN knee plank! Now Im working on big girl pushups :D.. everyone else and my bootcamp was super fit and they were just looking for a workout "enhancement" I was the only flubberbut there would couldnt run around the gym 3 times!

I got those when I played field hockey in high school... all I could do was ice it and compress it... no workout of any sort for a day or 2 at least... Good luck, I hope it gets better!
