Birth control can also increase your appetite and cravings. I've been on it for 5 years and it can get hard sometimes, but you can definitely still lose weight if you stick to your calorie goal.

Tofu!! There are also faux meats available that have high protein as well. My favorite brand is Gardein, but there is also Quorn, Morningstar, Lightlife, etc. They are usually made with tempeh, soy, or Seitan (and I think Quorn is made with mushroom protein?)

I used to be really addicted to bread, and bagels are my absolute favorite food. I just don't buy them anymore because I know I can't handle having them around Also - oatmeal, beans, and lentils are very healthy, but can be quite calorific if you over-do the portions. Do you weigh or measure your meals?

My school doesn't sell anything anymore except the main entrees (whole wheat subs, salads, pizza, and whatever the meal of the day is). hey, i just discovered Cassey's amazing videos earlier in the week and i've been doing them daily! (that's probably why i'm so sore :P) i love the inner thigh insanity and the slimmer inner thighs videos. i also do the upper body workout, corset workout, and hot abs when i have time.
