I was told about eating fresh salmon regularly like 3 times a week, I'm going to try for next 3 months and get rechecked to see if it has changed at all.

Any exercise where you are moving and burning cals will help. I wouldn't make Wii fit my only source of training but it will work. I use the playstation move games in a similar way.

I started C25K, did week 1 Day 1, as a trial run on Sat. Will start today as my day 1 with my wife, Funjabi. Add me and Funjabi as friends for support if you like.

There are no short cuts with weight loss, to lose weight there needs to be a calorie deficit. So watch your intake and up your water intake. Eat the right balance of nutrients in the right portions, eat regulary, trick is not to feel too full or too hungry. Take regular excercise, this will give your metabolism a boost.…
