  • You will do it because what an eye opener to just see what you have really eaten and how much exercise you really do. Right!! that is the beauty of this. It is reality.... You can and will make your goal. I have older kids (15, 17 & 19) and still haven't lost "baby" weight but together we can do this thing!! :flowerforyou:
  • I just started yesterday and had an amazing day but today by eating a little less "controlled" I ate 550 calories over.... what the heck. I read a post by a gal who said to be honest and record every thing I put past my lips.....GREAT ADVICE!! I think I know why I have kept 40 lbs on for the past few years.... not paying…
