  • I found veggie flakes and I like to add it to dips, to meatloaf, etc. Its an easy way to find veggies. My boys aren't bothered by the flakes and are somewhat picky about veggies too.

  • I actually stopped craving junk food, and now crave my shakes, LOL! I'm at 2 months, down 19lbs, and feel so much better. Whatever anyone else thinks, I know I'll stick with my shakes. I love the variety too... I don't always have to have the same flavors, and it's so flexible, I can even mix it into other food items. :)

  • I've lost 19lbs in 8 weeks. I have about a month left on my 1st challenge, and I was just able to upgrade to the transformation kit! I'm sure it's going to help me get to the 20lb mark and beyond! I'm loving the Vi Life!
