I did all the levels...over a period of 6 weeks! I really did need a break and it was better for me to space it out. I didn't burn out that way, and the day's rest did phenominal things for the next workout! Good luck and don;t beat yourself up. It's quite the workout!

Funny! Amazingly enough, that cookie dough has been in the fridge for over two months. We got it for my son, who loves cookie dough. I tell you what. That thing NEVER would have lasted that long just a few months ago!

I'm on week 6 of the 30 day shred...Let me explain! I do alot of other workouts and added this in as a "something to do when I can't fit somthing else in" work out. I LOVE it! I'm really meticulous about logging in everything. I've completed my entry, then eaten something else and it will nag at me until I add it in and feel things are "right" even if it throws me over the edge. I eat when I'm hungry and log it all!
