  • I know. With so many different types of protein powders out there, it can be super confusing. My company sells organic soy protein shakes but I've read so many conflicting papers on soy. I've been using the whey powder from Walmart and while it's fine, there seems to be a lot of fillers in the ingredients. What to do?
  • I'm a bit lost and confused too. I tend to lean toward whey from walmart because its inexpensive but my biz partner said I should be buying our organic soy protein. Not sure (even though I'm a rep) if soy is ok for women. I get so many conflicting reports.

  • When I get that craving, I go make myself a chocolate shake made from Almond milk, a scoop of chocolate meal replacement (like Slimfast but I use Attain) and ice. It's calorie friendly, it's CHOCOLATE and it fills me up for a few hours. After you drink it, go do something to busy your mind and take it off foods that will…
  • Yoga will help them. My sister does yoga every day and she (unfortunately) has gone down two cup sizes. I'm not looking to decrease mine so I'm not doing yoga as much as she is.
