Walnuts or peanuts are great.

You could try getting a bra extender for the smaller bra? http://www.glamoursecrets.co.uk/c_bra-extender.jpg

Same here. I could possibly lower it,but I won't,,because I don't want to start using sweeteners in my coffee. I don't think it'd harmed my weight loss :)

Going over protein isn't a problem. I'm always over my sugar aswell lol. I could solve it by using sweeteners in my coffee, but I don't fancy changing to that. It shouldn't matter for your weight loss. I started on february the 28th and I've lost quite a bit. And I'm always over with sugar.

People have different opinions on this subject. Some eat them, some don't. Most of the time I don't. I think the calories burned sometimes look too much, but I might go a bit over my daily goal by 1 or 200 if I had a good exercise day.

Ooooooooooooooh no, I cannot give up my coffee.    On a more serious note, this is one of the things in life I really enjoy,so no way I'm giving it up:smile:

Yes I eat whatever I fancy eating and I just make it fit in my calorie allowance. I eat sensible portions ofcourse (most of the time:bigsmile: ) I think that's the only thing that guarantees weight loss success, because you don't feel deprived. I've failed on many diets before,so unfortunately I know what I'm talking about.

http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=202341 Try this :)

This all depends on many things. First of all, what is your calorie goal? How much do you need to lose? Secondly, it depends on what you like eating. No need to deprive yourself of anything, it's all about making healthier choices. It's a lifestyle change, not just a quick fix and then get back to what you were doing before.

Wow,that wrap pizza looks amazing, I'll try that soon :)

It does that when you update your weight sometimes :) every 10 pounds it updates I think. You can manually increase it again if you want to.

Interesting video. Some aren't dressed that bad though. :)

£81 is fantastic for a family. It's so easy to spend about £150. Just try to buy own brand/value on things where it doesn't matter so much. Tesco value oats, chopped tomatoes and spaghetti are great! (not together in a meal though:bigsmile: ) I would never give up my Nescafe coffee though:bigsmile:

I'm about 266 pounds (121kg) I eat about 1700/1800 calories per day and I'm losing about 11 pounds/5kg per month on average. Not fantastic, but we'll get there eventually

Don't feel guilty, but that's easier said than done. My MFP goal is 1730,but I don't mind 100 over or under.

I gain about 10 pounds during my period. Not very good for my motivation, but at least it's the same pattern every month. I've been tracking my weight daily for about 3 months now,so there is definitely a pattern.

Have you tried buying small chocolate bars or tiny tubs of ice cream? I have the same problem when I'm stressed or sad,but I just allow myself a small chocolate bar when I feel like that. And usually that is enough. If I don't eat, it just makes me feel more bad,so that isn't a very good option. But I do want to stay under…

I buy Warburton wholemeal (800gr loaf) which is 98 per slice and Warburton seeded batch (800gr loaf) which is 132 cal per slice. The last one is my favourite! I adore it lol  They are also available in smaller 400gr loaves with smaller slices (and thus less calories) but I found 2 of those weren't enough to satisfy…

I always add the cooked meat, never raw. I've never even thought about weighing it raw!!

He sounds terrible :explode:  :explode:  :explode:  I hope you noticed you deserve someone better than that. Good luck on your weight loss journey

I've tried Xenical on dr's prescription before(few years ago)Not sure if it worked, because I was eating a low cal diet anyway, but there wasn't a spectacular extra weight loss. But I didn't have side effects either. But probably because I was cutting down on fat anyway. I wouldn't use it again, it can't be good for your…

Well... a calorie is a calorie, but I find myself snacking more if I eat high sugar foods, especially cereal at breakfast. But you can lose weight eating unhealthy foods if you're calorie intake is lower than you need. Someone did it before on the twinkie diet :)

I think it's great if you've been struggling with your weight for a long time and have a problem controlling portions. I don't think it's lazy, but it's only a way to aid weight loss if you really want to. You can also regain the lost weight. Google it, it does happen.

I'm 27 and from Manchester :)

5ft 10 here. :) There is an advantage to being tall, people always underestimate my weight. For me, my weight loss is visible, but maybe because I am bottom heavy and lost weight from there.
-
How much are you exercising anyway? I found that if I eat all my exercise calories I gain weight. But that might be because the calories burned aren't right, I don't know.
-
None. I never drink.

Coffee and chocolate (Kinder Bueno or Galaxy:bigsmile: )

What about soda without aspartame? The other sweeteners aren't that bad are they? I definitely avoid aspartame , because of the health dangers mentioned. I love coke, but I tend to stick to Tesco's version of coke zero(UK),which doesn't have aspartame.

Try exercising every other day.
