I love it! I definitely accept the name. What about our other teammates?
-
I like the bird idea aswell :)

I just checked the database and found this one, Farmhouse Brown Sliced Soda Bread, which is 250 cal per 100 gr. I'd just weigh the slices and the log it by the weight of it.

Everyone has left,so I thought no need to post here anymore either.
-
Wow,that's fantastic that people have noticed!

Is this a serious question? Ofcourse hating your mother is bad. She gave birth to you. Without her, you wouldn't be here! She deserves more respect than that. There are obviously some issues between you which I'm sure can be sorted out. I can't believe some of the answers people gave to this question!

It's just the food and drink in your stomach.
-
No,it's very healthy. Why would it be bad? Or do you mean calorie wise? It is quite high in calories, but that doesn't make it bad for you. It just means you shouldn't eat a whole jar.

I agree eggs are great too,but the OP asked for opinions on cereals, not breakfasts in general.
-
Well said. Treat others like YOU would like to be treated.
-
It depends on which ones you like. Choose the healthiest of them. One with not a lot of sugar is a good idea. Ideal would be oats (porridge) or weetabix, but I don't know if you like them?

I agree with eating like is mentioned in the sunnah. Not just portion wise, but also the foods mentioned. Raw honey (=not heated,so it still has its anti bacterial properties) for example is really healthy. Not just normal supermarket honey, but for example manuka honey. But any raw honey is great.…

Sorrrrrrrrrrrrry everyone. I'm so low on energy these days. I am on MFP a lot,but 99% on the iPhone app. I think I missed 2 weigh ins. Anyway, I was 110.5 kg this morning and my start weight here was 114.5, so I'm doing just fine. :) I'm 2 kg from being halfway and 0.9 kg from my BMI being under 35. So I'm getting excited…

Assalaam alaikom everyone, Sorry for not being here much, just am quite low on energy. I am here quite a lot,but I always log and comment on my iPhone and I cannot read the forum on the app. I hope everyone is fine :)
-
How many calories are you eating? How much water are you drinking? Are you eating your exercise calories aswell? You shouldn't be very hungry. It's difficult to comment, because your food diary isn't public.
-
Everyone has days like that sometimes. Just listen to your body.
-
Why don't you just wait another 2 weeks til Ramadan finishes and start then? You can ofcourse lose weight in Ramadan, but if you're overeating with suhoor and iftar, then obviously you won't.
-
Yes you can wear them under your work pants. Why not? No one would notice. It would solve the problem indeed.
-
Oh I forgot to say, a good hot chocolate can help aswell. I love Galaxy's.
-
I have the same problem with chocolate(&chocolate biscuits). Love, love, love, love it. What you could do is buy small bars/single servings of whatever you like, but that might not stop you from eating more than 1. (been there, done that) What I do these days, is let my OH go to the shop to get me 1 single bar. That way I…

I've been there aswell. Some people around me are far from helpful. I do know I have failed on diets many times in the past,so in a way I can understand them, BUT it does not help at all.
-
I cook them in tomato sauce (with onion, peppers, garlic& any spices you like) and eat it with rice :) Or zucchini soup. (something like this http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/zucchini-soup-i/detail.aspx )

I hope things get better soon. Surely there is a solution for all of this? Even if some people end up getting hurt. It's ofcourse not good to go kill them, but I mean they could shoot them in the legs couldn't they? That'll make them stop? I don't think the army is the solution though, because there are too many of them…

I agree that My Fitness Pal gives us too much calories for exercise, maybe except for walking. That seems reasonable. But anyway, even if you don't have a heart rate monitor it doesn't matter. You don't have to eat all your exercise calories do you? If you eat about half it should be about right. Sorry for not responding to…

I love that aswell! Is that weird? Peanutbutter on rice cakes is nice aswell :)

How did we all do at the friday weigh in?? I was 114.7 kg last week and today I was 112.8 kg. I should mention it was my TOM last week and I'm fasting Ramadan aswell,so it's probably something to do with those things aswell. (I had gained 0.2kg last week)
-
I agree. Shakira aswell. :)
-
I usually stay the same/gain for about 10 days and then lose a big number. I've been monitoring my weight almost daily for the last 5 months,so the pattern is very clear.
-
I feel like I need to apologise for my low calorie burns these days. I'm fasting Ramadan and the most I can do these days is about 400,maybe slightly more on some days when I'm more energetic.. It's only for another 3 weeks though and then I'll be back to my normal pattern. I will try to do as much as possible, but it's a…

Oh yes you can do a lot more than you think!! It sounds really difficult to not eat and drink all day, but you do get used to it. I had a bad headache on the first day, but yesterday went much better. Most muslims fast the month of Ramadan. Women who have their period don't fast. And women who are pregnant or…
