Help required for losing weight while fasting

As many of you people may know that this is the month of Ramadan and Muslims like me fast in this month. Theoretically, I should be losing weight because of not eating or drinking for almost 13-14 hours. But it happens that in the morning before starting the fast, I eat more to get through the day and when ending the fast, I eat more again because I'm very hungry and thirsty. My country is really hot so I cant workout or excersize during the day without losing much water. And after ending the fast I am so exhausted that it is very hard to workout. Is there any way for me to lose weight under these circumstances? I am an 18 year old boy with almost 83 Kg weight
