No,it's very healthy. Why would it be bad?
Or do you mean calorie wise? It is quite high in calories,but that doesn't make it bad for you. It just means you shouldn't eat a whole jar.0 -
Not necessarily.
If you are eating natural PB, then it is a good source of healthy fats and protein. It is high in calories, but you can easily make it fit into your diary without hurting you. I like to add 1 tbsp of it to a protein shake for my post-workout meal. I actually have it daily as it gives me my choco-PB fix since I used to be a Reese's addict.0 -

No I don't mean calorie wise. Just meaning does it have much protein, healthy fats, etc?

unhealthy PB are the ones loaded with Hydragnated Oils.Stick to Natrual and in moderation. BUt Very healthy for you0

Just make sure you buy the real thing, preferably salt free. Some of the peanut butters up there full of hydrogenated fats! no make it more smooth. I also love cashew butter, almond butter and I wish they would do hazelnut butter. But I am always come back to old friend crunchy peanut butter .... and remember like any butter, it is calorie dense food.0
