    Chafing where? Legs? Arms? Tummy?
If its your legs you can wear bike shorts under pretty much anything. Otherwise ask at your local chemist for some type of cream or ointment that will help.

Wear fitted lycra bike shorts or leggings when walking as exercise. When out and about in a skirt or whatever, Lanacane anti-chafing gel works for me, plus talk if it's humid!

    Someone might vomit! Quite seriously!

And I usually walk to work and back so that may be a bit of a problem :/ You think I could wear them under my work pants?

Ask your pharmacist. I have a tea tree oil powder that works really well.

Ouch Ouch Ouch !!!!!! Absolutely the best thing i've used is cotton stretch leggings, they are a great barrier keeping skin off skin, pull them on fully so they completely cover your inner thigh, they are firmish on the inner thigh without being restrictive, very comfy and absorbent too..hope you find this helpful..:flowerforyou:

Yes you can wear them under your work pants. Why not? No one would notice. It would solve the problem indeed.

I've had the same problem too, and bike pants work. I also recently found that it could be caused by the material of the pants. If it's too warm to wear bike pants under regular pants, opt to get softer material for pants.

I swear I think I am on fire sometimes!

invest in a lightweight bike shorts. they have some that are 20=-30 dollars and are so light I dont feel them. I live in So Florida so it is always humid here. I only weigh 150 and have this problem, so you are not alone.

My friend didnt have money so she took a pair of 'slimming' panty hose and cut them off at the knee!! No rubbing!

If I have it in the house Lanacane, but on times I dont baby oil works as a good alternative - just a tiny amount though so it doesnt make a mess of your clothes!
The slimming tights (pantyhose) are also good as you can just snip of the sheer legs and the thicker ribbed part doesnt fray

3B is a-m-a-z-i-n-g! If I feel a tingle I use some before going to bed, and the rash is gone overnight.
