  • Hi, I'm new the site as well. I have 25 pounds to lose and really want to be successful this time. I workout 4-5 times a week at Lifetime Fitness...I just eat too much! I'm using the food diary to hopeully keep me more honest with myself. Please feel ree to add me as a friend if you'd like :smile:
  • Detox can be very hard on your body. Eating "clean" as much as possible...limiting sugar, white flour and processed foods will make you feel like a new person and wieght will come off. I met witha nutritionist and this was her recommendations...it actually has helped limit cravings, I feel better and am loosing weight.
  • Have you tried a protein shake with fruit mixed in? I'm good for a few hours.
  • Try a probiotic and you'll have no problems! Meijer makes one that about $13.00 for a month supply.
  • A nutritionist suggested using Coconut milk to make your coffee sweet naturally...it's pretty good. You can find it by the regular milk. :-)

  • Hi, I'm new to MFP but it seems to be very similar to weight watchers...but free! I have been on a roller coster forever! I just cant stay focused. I have lots of treats at work and love to eat.
