I kickbox twice a week, and take a total body conditioning class twice a week...trouble is when work holds me over I don't go...I cant bare the treadmill

I too used WW…this is just like the on-line version but is free! Also you can have friends from all over the world for support. Just log for you food every day…try to stay under 100 carbs (you can see that in the nutrition breakdown), exercise and bye bye blubber :-) Good luck!

I too am back …I had lost 30 lb and was feeling great! I let stress get the best of me and have been eating all the wrong foods and have not been able to work out at the gym as often because of my job. The classes I take at Lifetine Fitness are very high intensity. I just love it! I've seen the Insanity infomertials....it looks tough! I love high intensity cardio because it makes me feel great but I force myself to do strength training to keep tone. Gravity is not my friend! Best of luck with Asylum....let me know how it…

Sodium will effect your blood pressure and water retention if you find it up. Elevated sugar can hinder your weight loss. It's good that your carbs are down :-)

I have the exact issue at 146 lb! I cant budge it for months. Maybe I go down 3 lb but then it comes right back. I eat about 1300 - 1400 calories and kickbox and do strength traiing 4-5 days per week. Please feel free to add me as a friend.

You can do it! Make your exercise part of your daily routine. It's the only way to be consistent. I work out 4-5 days a week. I go right from work to the gym. If I go home first...I'll never go back! Feel free to add me a s friend if you'd like :-)

I'm 41...almost 42 and recently lost 16 pounds. I have 4 more to reach goal. It wasn't until I started lifting weights that my body actually started to change. I couldn't agree more....weight lifting reshapes your body!
