I've been eating clean for about 3 months. I've never felt better. I'm still new to eating clean. I'd love to be friends for some new food ideas.

Drink hot tea. Most of the times I think I'm just thirsty.

Any recommendations for shoes? I keep getting blisters. I buy running shoes usually Under Armor.

I've given up sugar, bread, ...all the "white carbs". it's made a huge difference in my weight loss and my abdomen had really thinned out!

Thanks everyone for the pep talk! I think I am trying to be perfect...I just really want to make my weight loss happen and stick! I'm going to be 41 in a week and I vowed I wound not be "fat and 40!"

I'm not sure what you mean by "later stage?" My advice would be to modify your diet for the next 30 days. Limit carbs except from whole grains, fruits and veggies. Keep to your 1200 calories...you'll get results fast :-) Good Luck!

What I do like about it is it limits carbs and sugars which I am VERY sensitive to. I'm only a few days into it without any problems. I actually feel pretty good. I tend to be a binge carb and sugar junkie! So minimally reducing the bad foods will help me eat cleaner. I am eating some fruit in the morning. So I guess I'm…

Thats 1/2 the days worth. Be careful to eat enough so you don't go into starvation mode :-) Also, eat at least some of your exercize calories.

As you gain muscle you may initially be holding on to water.....keep it up...the pounds will go down!

I have the FT4 and I love it. It's easy to use if youwant basic heart rate, calories and time. I had a FT7 and never used the fancy features.

I eat EVERY LAST MORSEL of exercise calories! If I'm unable to go to the gym I get really bummed only because I have to be really careful not to go over 1200-1300 calories. This is the first time in my life I'm losing weight the right way....it's totally working at 2 pound per week. Yahooo! Feel free to add me as a friend…

M friend tries it lot weight and now gained it all back.....if you want to loose weight eat 1200 cal per day and exercise. Try to reduce "white" carbs and eat lots of veggies :-)....it's slow and steady no quick fixes will keep pounds off. Good luck!

So true! I'm famous for dieting for 2 weeks and then falling off the wagon. One of my on-line friends wrote "it's a slow steady loss" I say that over and over when I want to give up or give in. I'm slowly loosing and I'm past 2 weeks!

At least you wouldn't be working out with the sales person....the group fitness classes are so fun!

Unfortunately I get really hungry...craving baked goods and carbs.....it's terriable! I just try my best not to gvie in!

I really enjoy the group fitness classes. I take kickboxing, strike (my favorite!) and yoga. I only occasionally use the floor equipment. I'm a single member so the price isn't that bad for just me :-)

Drink a cup of herbal tea...zero calories and you get more water in too :smile:

Hey Crystal Lake. I'm from Lake in the Hills. Do you belong to any of the local health clubs? I work out at Lifetime Fitness......I love it!
