What to eat?

I have found when I eat less carbs I can lose weight relatively easily. The moment I start to add back even whole grains in the form of breads or cereals etc I get in this cycle and can't budge further weight loss. I start to get less motivated once the weight slows. What do you recommend as far as the amount of carbs to eat? Any particular foods that should be a staple in weight loss?

    I am a lover of quinoa it is a carb but loaded with protein

    its really good. Just make sure you cook it in stock instead of water. It really is one of those things that take on the flavour of whatever you cook it in :)
