We always talked about eventually marrying and where we wanted to go in life. Yes after 4 years of dating we did get married and will be married 4 years in…

Hypoglycemia – the symptoms are nausea, shakiness, dizziness. You may not be eating often enough to maintain your blood sugar. I am hypoglycemic and found that when on a diet I need to eat regularly, about every 2-4 hours to maintain my blood sugar and feel okay.

I used to do traditional in HS, but since then I have been in and out. As i just got back in in January I suggest Krav, its usually beginner friendly and high intensity work out. Plus great for self defense.

Honeslty my goal is 125, but ideally I would say 118. I am 5 2 and have been between 106 and where I am now. 106- I looked anorexic and did not have anything up top. Happiest I was 115-120. Depends on how much you tone you can be heavier if you strenght train it looks the same as smaller. Just FYI

You look Great! I'm hoping I can do half as well. Our goal weights and height are the same, although I have 18 to go before I get there. Feel free to friend me!

How tall are you? What is your SW and GW? Have you looked into cross training or fit classes. You might be at the point where you need to focus on building muscle to tone rather than losing weight?

Jeans dark or slacks, print blouse , and taylored jacket. These things look great on L-S sizes and will help you feel confident while you work towards your goals. Plus tasetefull jewerly and closed toe shoes.

Make sure you are eating enough to maintain a normal blood sugar. Eat complex sugars bread, meat, milk, ceral in addition to fruits and veggies. I found I need a day or two above my 1200 a day every few weeks so my body doesnt think i'm trying to starve it. Helps me atleast.

Krav Again... I took Krav about an a year ago. Got back into it in Jan. It is good but tiring. I used to go to Level 1 and Level 2. But right now I am working my way back up. I go twice a week , regularly. I never seem to get up in time for the Sat. Class. First two weeks were painful but now I'm getting back in the…

I eat healthy choice, lean cusine, tuna or cracker combos for lunch every day. They might be a bit high in sodium but they have ALOT less than the chow hall at work does.

You are strong I could not stand the waiting...I'm active duty USAF and think the spouses ( including my husband) have it harder. When im gone its so far from normal that its easier to keep yourself busy. As for food, keep things like grapes, apples, carrotts and popcorn around. Things when you feel bad you can snack on…

Red wine is about 150 calories for a normal size glass or 100 for around 5 oz. It is good for you in moderation , however the calories will still count against you. As a red wine drinker i try to limit my wine to 1 glass a day or under b/c otherwise the calories I believe will out weigh the benefits.

If you have a smart phone you should be able to have an app I use track my run and it will tell you how far and how fast you are walking on average then you can add in "weights" or stroller after that to get a better calculation

Get up. Sitting and not doing anything is going to make you feel worse. Pick a section of music that motivates you or releases emotion and go for a walk. Start slow, you dont have to start every day running. Understand some days are harder than others and ease your way into it. Good Luck
