Vegatables, tea and water! Carrots, Celery, bean sprouts, things that arent' much at all if any. And water sometimes when you think your hungry your actually dehydrated.

Active Duty AF, Currenlty 150lbs trying to get back into fighting shape, which i estimate will be around 120-130lb. Going to try working out every M-F we shall see how it goes.

Run, run, and run...Also strength training and cardio. Learn to love working out if he is serious about the Green Beret program, I believe its a few years overall and very intense training, just physically. Buy a treadmill or learn to love running in all conditions. Only advice I have.

125, at that weight i should be size 4 which is my goal. Any skinnier and I get to 0-2 area and have no curves to speak of and do not like that look on me.

I find it more disturbing b/c of the fact that she is female is mentioned as is her role model to young girls. Yes , she is overweight. Did he offer tips to help her, words of encourgament...NO. He bascially said girls are not allowed to be fat, and you are setting a bad example...

Just say that you would like if they coudl tell you when they are coming, a quick call beforehand. Just so you know to make more food, or to know not plan a quiet night or date night

You need to tell him to respect your space. That although he is welcome ( with a call to make sure you are home or available) he cannot treat your house like a hotel. If this is a problem after that then I would just repaint the frontdoor and change the locks one weekend.

If you are working out that much and not losing weight, are you eating cosnistently your body will go into starvation mode if you work out without replacing andy of the calories. so eat good food, small meals inbetween your routine.

If it is "free" I woudl assume that is goign to part of the universal mandate. So it will be free with your new health insureance which will be about 90 a month for a single person I believe making around 22,000 a year.

What i do on REAL bad day: Get up walk to carls Jr. 2.5 miles away get my choclatey horrible for me malt...400+ calories for a small i think...walk my angry butt back....2.5 miles, i am usually feeling much better and not too guilty

Why don't you use 93% lean ground beef and alternate beef and turkey thats a way to give each meal a different flavor and not too much more fat. Also a hamburger helper and use ground turkey works fine, just make sure its one of the better ones.
