Make up a batch of beans and rice. I put in some sort of meat - ground turkey or even ground beef. It is a way to use up leftover meat. Add cumin and chili powder and salsa....voila. It tastes good even without cheese.

12 miles on Wednesday the 1st 12 miles Thursday the 2nd 12 miles Friday the 3rd 12 miles biking Sunday the 5th 12 miles biking on the 6th 12 miles biking on the 7th I'm.....addicted to biking and it is helping the post pregnancy 45 year old me lose the chub.

Great idea. I haven't been keeping track. I am not even sure how to going a group so will try to figure it out. Biking has been my tool against the throes of ninth baby fat etc. Making progress.

I prefer outdoor biking. I think I will have to make a conservative 150miles the goal and hope for clean roads. I actually prefer cold weather biking to warm weather biking!!!! Bike on!
