Liverpool here!

Rabbits are meant to be nice pets to have. Have you considered keeping it and buying a hutch? Failing that, I would take it to the RSPCA, it's their responsibility to look out for animals.
-
Sometimes I eat them back, sometimes I don't. It depends what mood I'm in. One thing I'm not going to do is eat for the sake of it. The bigger the deficit I create, the better.

My Xbox Live Gamertag.

About 6lbs, usually after I stuff my face with something full of sodium.

You could also try using almond milk, I think that is considerably lower in calories than milk.
-
I'm in the UK, I used skimmed milk. I think it's only 70 calories per 180mls, which isn't too bad. I use the Quaker Oats honey and almond sachets. Between that and the milk, it's 210 calories. I usually add some manadarin segments, which bumps it up 41 calories.

My nutritionist told me there isn't much you can do about loose skin. Once you get past a certain point, the only option really is surgery. You can tone your abs, but they will be toned behind the loose skin. I have this problem myself!

Just to add, I swim in the evenings, usually finish somewhere around 9pm, I eat at around 11pm, and I'm in bed for 12. It's never affected my weight loss.
-
I have been told, by both my doctor and MFP users, that it doesn't matter when you eat. The whole eating before bed thing, apparently, is just a myth.

I was 404lbs when I started, I'm now down to around 270lbs. I actually found it really easy, but now I seem to be struggling a bit. Not struggling in the sense I can't stick to my fitness plans or eating healthy, but struggling to see a result on the scales. Clothing is getting baggier, muscles are more defined (I swim 6…

A stone is 14lbs.

Usually the other way round with me. I much prefer to have between 200-400 calories for breakfast, usually skip lunch and then have a BIG dinner. I look forward to dinner more than any other meal.
-
Hmmm, that's odd, the first week or so you usually see dramatically big LOSSES, not gains. Are you weighing your food? Do you have accurate scales? Are you drinking plenty of water and keeping yourself hydrated? Perhaps you should go to the doctor, get some blood tests done - see what's what. Good luck!

I wouldn't say it's bad, it's just a case of adding more calories, as you say. I eat chicken, because of it's protein and relatively low calorie(ness) as I do with turkey, so I tend to avoid the chicken skin. Whereas if I was to eat a KFC, removing the skin would be damaging to my mental health!

My exercise is different each day, so I don't use the TDEE method. The whole "if everyday was like today, you'd weigh X, Y and Z" actually is fairly accurate. Not that I religiously use or aim for the prediction it uses, I've found it usually pretty close to what it say's, although, I usually go off measurements these days.
-
I swim everyday (usually) and I do have to say I have an appetite burning afterwards, that's why I usually time my dinner for within an hour so after swimming. In evenings anyway. If I swim in the morning, I have eggs for breakfast, I find that protein keeps me going longer, as opposed to cereal or oats.
-
I use the Polar FT4 to record my swim sessions. I've been using it for about 7 months now, still on the same battery, watch, chest strap/transmitter both in still good working order.
-
I swim every single day. Eggs are my number 1 choice for before swimming. Soft boiled eggs, chopped up on toast, usually 2 eggs, 2 slices of toast. I found that if I eat eggs, the protein keeps me going for longer without feeling tired, whereas if I eat cereal or oats of some kind, I seem to burn out quicker. After swim…

I swim everyday when I can, including weekends. During the week, I go at night and try to spend at least an hour in the pool. I aim to swim just over a mile (70 lengths) and I usually do that in or around the 55 minute mark. According to my heart rate monitor, that burns off between 500-600 calories, depending on how hard…

Fruit!

I usually eat at least some of my exercise calories back, depending on the intensity of my swim(s) that day.
-
I would find it difficult to go low carb. It's really just a case of eating a deficit of calories as opposed to a surplus of calories. I don't think it makes much difference about how those calories are obtained.
-
Hey man, that's a brilliant achievement, without exercise too. I started out at 405lbs, now down 125lbs and I've been doing this since May, 2013 (even though I created this MFP account a lot sooner. LOL) I wish you good luck this year with your goals, I have no doubts whatsoever you'll continue your amazing progress. Good…

You know, I discovered that my weight loss tends to come when I'm least active. So I go swimming (usually) 5 times a week, sometimes more (twice a day) sometimes less, and I notice very little weight loss during being active. This week I've had a chest infection, so I've not been swimming (didn't want to infect everyone…

Maybe he's just overly excited or something? Maybe it's been a while for him and he's rusty at the whole "dating" thing? I probably wouldn't worry too much about it. Meet him, see how it goes, if he seems needy/controlling - ditch him. Good luck!

I feel you man I lost 120 lbs last year, this year I've not lost anything (yet) but I have noticed clothing is still getting baggier on me. I swim at least 5 times a week, usually about 10 hour a week altogether, I usually aim to get a calorie burn of between 700-1100 on those 5 days a week. I'm not eating any differently…

I'm from Huddersfield! Went to Sally Nook! Live in Liverpool now though!

Start buying small amounts of silver/gold bullion. If the economy crashes (and lets face it, it's going to happen at some point soon) you'll be a rich woman. Good luck!

I usually have between 1000-1200 calories just for my dinner. If I was restricting myself to 1200 daily, I'd be constantly hungry and depressed.
