  • :smile: I'm here and I have 60 lb to lose and I'm 64. Harder than heck but I am working on it. I ride my bike everyday now. Use to ride to work 18 miles a day but retired and gained, gained, gained. Terrible! Now I'm cutting calories and getting back on my bike.
