I recently lost 30 pounds and had to purge my closet too. It broke my heart to give away some of my clothes that I loved, but on the other hand, I love seeing them on a friend of mine who never spends any money to dress herself.

Check to make sure your bluetooth is on on whichever device you use to track. Sometimes it's not the fltbit, it's the device. I have to clear apps every now and then on my phone to make the fitbit sync. Also, you can manually sync in that app, so try that. I have to "remind" my phone sometimes to sync.

I can't get used to shopping for smaller sizes. I've not looked at mediums or size 10's in years, and I have to consciously think about it when I shop.

Now I really watch my calories, and I'm a better judge of what the calorie count of food is. And I've had to buy new clothes and have some altered.
