I had my oldest brother's memorial service yesterday so forgive my absence I'm working on my goals for the week and will have them shortly trying to keep it together while I grieve love you all

Good Monday morning! My goals for this week is to up the work out to 30 minutes at least 3 times ok 4 times HA and to log meals Every day and get least 64 ozs of water daily! Not so sure bout the 3 lbs but it wont be from lack of trying!! Already got my 30 minutes i today!! You all are truly an awesome inspiration!!!
