That is awesome! I wish I could say the same but you motivate me!

I have a co worker that did it and lost 20 lbs in 90 days. She now promotes it and won a BMW in the process. It's quite a business. I ordered some of the products and like it. Mainly because it makes meal planning simpler. I have not been consistent though. I may start back.

I ran 10 miles yesterday, so chilled today by walking 4 miles.

I am 55 years old, 5' 2" and weigh 112. I would like to weigh 102.
