I like my flex... but would go for the charge hr on my next go around.

same here... I let my fitbit adjust my calories on mfp and dont log my activity on mfp so it doesnt double count. If I want to keep track of what exercises I do.. I use the Note section or add it to my fitbit side.

Ive been doing 5:2 since beginning of Sept... works for me... I eat my 500 all in the morning... whatever works for you. :-)

what if you made some muffins on the weekends or whatever day you can... throw them in the freezer and take a few out each day.... grab and go....Ive done that a couple of times.

Im looking at Charge HR or Surge... my Flex is starting to give me battery issues but I like the app and online dashboards.

From sat to sat I lost 4.4lbs. Sorry for not posting much...will try to do better. Im doing a cross of c25k and piyo and I think Piyo is helping my legs out quite a bit. I dont hurt as much in my adductor muscles which is where I typically hurt the most.

I like to have a small amount of sliced almonds and dried cranberries.. or a couple of strawberries... with a glass of water.

I keep trying to get to Starved Rock... I drive from Rockford to Peoria and back all the time and never manage to make that turn into your area... one of these days...would love to see the waterfalls there and at mathieson. (sp)

I agree with the others.. make sure you take the break days. Go at a slower speed to accomplish the time, you can always repeat days or weeks and slowly increment speed. Its amazing once your in for a couple of weeks what you can actually accomplish. I would scoff when saw the time jumps my app wanted me to do going from…

My cat ran outside (He's an indoor cat, live on a busy street). I was able to chase him around the house and catch him in the back.. not sure I could have done that +45lbs ago. plus Ive been working on c25k and wasnt even winded.

I need to check out the 30 day chipotle thread.. I wasnt on mfp yesterday and totally missed out. We dont have a Moe's here but I switched from chipotle bowls to 2 soft corn shell taco's and I love them. I like that you can choose how many taco's you want to order as well versus getting the big burrito bowl.

Ive lost a pound this week,... I found that I gained 2 pounds then relost those plus an extra.. not sure if water weight or what.

same here... the uptick drives me crazy.. but I like to see the trend over time... Im a numbers geek at heart and I think only seeing one number a week on a graph or scale would drive me bonkers... versus I like to only record on mfp once a week but keep a daily tracker on a phone ap.

Im at week 5 but a slow runner/jogger...definitely still consider myself a beginner and working on endurance rather than speed. I only want to run one 5k a year.... Hot Chocolate run.... because...well.... its in November and you get hot chocolate afterwards and looks like fun and yummy.
