I normally exersize march- june and slim down, however I would like to keep my weight down to were im not depending on extreme exercising. I like my size but if I can cut out some junk food and be more active I can stay a better weight. I would like to slim down to where I am in june and stay that way year round.

I often eat lemons, but ill also take apples. Try putting lemon juice on them. just a little. It makes me feel fuller when I do.
