ya i read the guide i am level 2 and doing fat shredder my goal is about 2.100 calorie intake but my issue is i make a meal plan with the suggested food and i put it into my the myfitness plan thing on here and im either below protein or over and same with fat n cal intake ect... im so lost in making a meal......
