I've set my diary up so it is 7am-10am...10am-1pm, so on & so forth instead of just having 'breakfast, lunch, dinner' Each to their own though :)

Perhaps instead of dropping your calories focus on the exercise side of things to change your shape? :)

Hard to say really. If it is a class, perhaps ask the instructor? My HRM died just before a boxing class & she said it's about 500-600 calories for the hour. If unsure, go with the lowest burn.

Mine was doing this a lot ages ago (I've got the FT6 model). The readings would also be very erratic, reading 200bpm etc. I had to send it in to the Polar place to get it fixed. Turns out it wasn't the chest strap (even though I got conned into buying a new one!), it was something inside the watch that was broken.…

I was successful with WW approx 4yrs ago. Then they changed the points system to propoints & I hated it & have never succeeded again! I hate their database - basically there are hardly any foods on there, unlike MFP. MFP rocks, it's free & easy to use.
