I've got at least 30kgs to lose, if not more, I'll see how I feel once I reach that goal. I'm from Adelaide..

I have the fitbit one. I like that I can clip it on and it's hidden away from prying eyes. The first few weeks I got it, I walked like crazy. Now, not so much, but, I still wear it everyday and I like to try & aim for the amount of steps I set for myself. I stopped wearing it during my sleep, that stressed me out. It was…

Can you believe it, I went to the podiatrist for another problem with my foot a month or so ago. I am due to see him in 6 months.....AND...About a week or 2 after my appointment I started getting very sore heels :\ I think I'll probably have to make another appointment because it doesn't seem to be getting better. A friend…

I have never used it. I hear it's just a hook up thing. Having said that, you never know, you may find a relationship out of it. Stranger things have happened.

Me. It makes me depressed. I used to love rainy days, before I had kids!

I don't see why it matters what other people think & why you need confirmation that it is ok? If he's nice and you're happy...That should be all that matters, right??

When she wants it bad enough, she will make the steps to change. Until then, you can only just sit back & wait for her to be ready. She is probably like most people, the more you push, the more they are defiant.

I wanna eat more in cold weather but I tend to fill up on soups, which is good. I don't go out socialising as much as in warmer months, which is when I usually gain weight (from alcohol, eating out).

A friend of mine has just been diagonsed with pre-diabetes, she went & saw a diabetic educator, not sure if you have access to that where you are. I guess the thing that will help is educating yourself and the people closest to you. Good luck.

Wire all the way! I don't feel like I am wearing a bra if it doesn't have wires. I'm only in a D cup. It doesn't interfere with my HRM. As for the looks department, I don't care, it's comfortable & keeps me in place. Plus, I don't prance around in only my bra, sooo

I lost 55 pounds & I was still tired all the time. I was eating right & exercising. I went & had blood tests etc. They came back normal. The nurse taking my blood said to me "You're a Mum, you will always be tired"

I crash & burn every time I try 1200 calories. I've done it before, but that was when I did shift work & was able to be away from the snacks due to being at work.....Struggling big time to stick to it. I think my BMR is 1744, so technically I should only be having 1244, just can't do it!! Good luck if it works for you…

I used to go for a big walk when I woke up from night shift, but I didn't usually sleep any later than 3pm. I used to jump right into bed as soon as I got home (about 7:30am). My eating was always all over the place. I only used to really eat 1 meal, when I woke up. It was the snacking that got me. I don't really have any…

My Nana used to say the opposite?

I just use runtastic (I think that is what it is called), every time I go for a walk I turn it on & then compare it to my other walks.

Well done.

MFP has 110 calories for 100 grams of cooked vermicelli. And another website had for 55 grams of cooked it was 60 calories.

I'd go with 1 thing at a time, count the calories....Then work the rest in?
