I eat cheerios with fat free milk alot...if you slice up a banana or cube an apple to put in it, you won't miss the sugar. I also eat eggo waffles (low-fat whole wheat) and they aren't bad at all lightly toasted. I don't put anything on them.

I have 2 rest days a week in my plan...but I don't rest if I can help it. I try to do at least 20 - 30 minutes of cardio on those days. That way either I - A. Just have extra workouts which CAN'T hurt. or B. Have something "in the hole" just in case I can't fit in a workout one day. I am a working single mother of a 10…

I just completed my 7th day of Cycle 1. The book says you should lose around 4 pounds during this cycle. I like to sleep as late as possible, so I do my work-out at night after my son goes to bed at 8:30. Plus, a good hard workout helps me sleep all night avoiding those trips to the fridge through out the night. Good luck!
